MBS Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

By registering and participating in the MasterMinds Business School Affiliate Programme , you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not join or participate in the Programme.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Operate a valid marketing channel (website, social media, email list, etc.)

MBS reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Relationship

This agreement does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between MBS and the Affiliate. The Affiliate is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for their marketing activities.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Once approved, the Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link/code used to track referrals.

MBS is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

  • Incorrect link usage
  • Cookie restrictions
  • Browser privacy settings
  • Technical issues outside MBS control
  • Fraudulent activities

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions on eligible purchases made through their referral link, subject to the Programme commission plan.

Commission details include:

  • Commission Rate: [20 %]
  • Eligible Product: [Tickets]
  • Commission Validity: Only valid for completed and paid orders

MBS reserves the right to modify commission rates, bonuses, or structures at any time, with prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate payments will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Minimum payout threshold: [£500]
  • Payment schedule: [1 Week after the event]
  • Payment method: [Bank Transfer / PayPal / Wire Transfer/ Other]

Payments will only be made for commissions that are fully verified and cleared.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

If a customer requests a refund, cancellation, or issues a chargeback, the related affiliate commission will be:

  • Cancelled
  • Deducted from the Affiliate’s balance
  • Or reversed from future payouts

MBS reserves the right to delay payouts to ensure transactions are not refunded.

7. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates must not engage in any unethical, misleading, or illegal promotion. This includes but is not limited to:

  • False claims or misleading advertising about MBS programmes
  • Misrepresenting themselves as official employees/representatives of MBS
  • Spamming through unsolicited emails, messages, or comment sections
  • Paid ads using MBS brand name (unless written permission is granted)
  • Using fake discounts or unauthorized promo codes
  • Cookie stuffing or forced tracking
  • Fraudulent purchases or self-referrals (unless permitted by MBS)

Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Brand Usage Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved MBS marketing materials (logos, banners, promotional flyers, approved text content) only for promoting MBS services.

Affiliates must not:

  • Alter the MBS logo or brand identity
  • Use MBS brand name in a way that damages reputation
  • Create fake pages or websites that imitate MBS official platforms

All brand use must remain professional and consistent with MBS values.

9. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote MBS ethically and professionally
  • Ensure marketing content is accurate
  • Comply with local advertising laws and regulations
  • Respect privacy and data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations arising from affiliate earnings.

10. Confidentiality

Affiliates may gain access to private information, pricing, marketing plans, or internal communications. Such information must remain confidential and not be shared without written consent from MBS.

11. Termination

MBS reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if:

  • There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • The Affiliate engages in unethical promotion
  • The Affiliate becomes inactive for an extended period

Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by written request.

Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using all affiliate links and marketing materials immediately.

12. Modification of Terms

MBS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after updates means the Affiliate accepts the new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

MBS will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or technical errors resulting from participation in the Programme.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [United Kingdom / England & Wales], unless otherwise stated.
