This includes but is not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>False claims or misleading advertising about MBS programmes<\/li><li>Misrepresenting themselves as official employees\/representatives of MBS<\/li><li>Spamming through unsolicited emails, messages, or comment sections<\/li><li>Paid ads using MBS brand name (unless written permission is granted)<\/li><li>Using fake discounts or unauthorized promo codes<\/li><li>Cookie stuffing or forced tracking<\/li><li>Fraudulent purchases or self-referrals (unless permitted by MBS)<\/li><\/ul><p>Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be285b9 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be285b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Brand Usage Guidelines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f1b40e exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f1b40e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Affiliates may use approved MBS marketing materials (logos, banners, promotional flyers, approved text content) only for promoting MBS services.<\/p><p>Affiliates must not:<\/p><ul><li>Alter the MBS logo or brand identity<\/li><li>Use MBS brand name in a way that damages reputation<\/li><li>Create fake pages or websites that imitate MBS official platforms<\/li><\/ul><p>All brand use must remain professional and consistent with MBS values.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f08e732 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f08e732\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Termination MBS reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if: There is a breach of these Terms &amp; Conditions Fraudulent activity is suspected The Affiliate engages in unethical promotion The Affiliate becomes inactive for an extended period Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by written request. Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using all affiliate links and marketing materials immediately. 12. Modification of Terms MBS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after updates means the Affiliate accepts the new terms. 13. Limitation of Liability MBS will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or technical errors resulting from participation in the Programme. 14.
