Quite an exquisite presentation. Thought provoking,educating,inspiring,enlightening and above all productive. The summit has really impacted on my skills and provided useful information on my business career.

My key takeaway from the Leadership Conference is the importance of sustainable management through team empowerment. A true leader leads by example, not just by giving orders, but by being at the forefront. I also learned that empowering teams with the right knowledge and skills is essential for long-term success.

I have learned how visionary leaders develop and build strong teams, and we have gained practical insights to do the same within our organization. This is truly a unique program that challenges and trains the mind to think differently and lead effectively

The key leadership skills that I have learned from this Summit/Conference, which I have already decided to put into practice is to be an assertive person, rather than an authoritative person. This was one of my best trips, especially in the networking. I have met very famous persons, in the business, government and Humanitarian sector which I can use to develop my business and contacts in other countries

Before attending this program, we faced challenges in team management. The training provided us with practical strategies to lead our teams effectively and handle staff with confidence. The most impactful takeaway was learning about AI, and we are now eager to implement it in our business for greater efficiency and growth.

I’ve been a leader for many years now, and It’s a refresher course for me, to understand what leadership is all about, as compared to management. One thing which is very important to me is the Ai. AI is very interesting. I never knew that it’s already encroaching all the types of business around the world, so I think that is the most important take away for me. Plus the emotional intelligence topic, this is what every leader should be able to incorporate when leading team members.

I have learnt so much about transformational leadership, and how to incorporate emotional intelligence, artificial intelligence, in your entrepreneurial skills, and I’m definitely going to do that!

What was exciting is to realize that we’re practically not there in the digital world, and hopefully after the program, we’re going to implement the digital marketing, the generative AI, into the system and bring in a lot into the digital world rather than the brick and mortar world.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Masterminds Business School and Team for having the initiative during this post COVID19 situation to host the Leadership summit online. The summit was well structured and it has proved a significant level of leadership qualities and competencies amongst the organizers and the delegates.

It was two Days of learning inspirational and transformational leadership from/with some of the best and brightest minds from seven different nations under the sun. Thanks to @MASTERMINDS BUSINESS SCHOOL for this opportunity. I earnestly anticipate the in-person session in London for a full-dose.

Very positive with exceeding learning outcomes. First I was hesitant to apply or enroll for the programme but on a second thought I just decided to try but my expectations have been exceeded and there is no regret. I will endeavour to attend course of this organisations in different countries if possible.

Keeping in mind the change required particularly in this new era, the London leadership summit was timely. I was happy with the practicality and application of the different leadership styles discussed during the summit and how they relate to today’s work places and organisation. It has been a great experience attending the Masterminds Business School Summit as one of the participants from Ghana this June, where i met many intelligent and sharp international colleagues, experienced leaders, top world speakers on leadership, coaching and mentoring, specialist in various disciplines from different cultures.
Personally I think this summit was very well organized and very successful. I fully enjoyed the two day online summit and looking forward to attend the in person session by close of year with so many interesting seminars and discussions on various leadership dynamics

Experimental learning. Audio visual aids used was fantastic. All the resource persons were awesome. The topics are very much essential; the contents are up to date. The hospitality provided was amazing. I received inspiration to work harder and committed towards achieving success in life. I really enjoyed this summit. It met my expectation and hope I can get more opportunity to attend subsequent MasterMinds Business School summits.

The programme was concise and timely.

Excellent. It is commendable. If permitted I will like to do a repeat to get the full benefit from other seminar, after at least three months of practicalizing learning in the field. All trainers had their different styles. This was refreshing. I also appreciate the diversity of the trainers. It is not often we see women training and leading! They did a good job. I hope to see them again.

I have learnt a lot of leadership skills which will be useful to my organization. Thank you for all warmth, respect and appreciation during this summit.

I really like the environment chosen for learning-Rose Rayhaan By Rotana. The course content is so rich and the facilitators are excellent. This is the second time with MasterMind and I must say that this session of Dec 2020 is better and more expository. I enjoyed every session and the interactions/team work.

The last few days of this summit was amazing. I felt powerful, energized and connected. I liked the networking part and I want to thank you to all my fellow leaders and colleagues. It was a wonderful experience.

As a knowledge-driven person, I have been involved in many capacity building trainings, but I haven’t seen any that matched that of the MBS training. The summit was phenomenon! It has put fire and energy in me to do more for my organization. The most interesting part of the program for me was the interactive sessions; they were quite engaging and thought provoking.

Special thanks to the MBS Faculty for putting together this life-changing program. I love the interactive sessions. The program was well organized. I have attended many training in the past, but here I’ve leant many new things to broaden my horizon. I have also met new leaders from different parts of the world.

One thing I so loved about the MBS facilitators was the simplicity in which they explained and communicated all the complex concepts introduced. It was an amazing experience!

I’ve always wanted to meet and network with people from different nations and cultures. MBS made that possible for me.
