  • How Can I Register for a Seminar?

    Answer

    There are two easy ways to register:
    1. Online: Select the course you want to register for, Click the “REGISTER” or “APPLY” button in the course outline, complete the form and click submit.
    2. E-mail: Fillout the application form, sign and send your details to info@mbsedu.co.uk

  • When Should I Expect To Receive Confirmation Of Registration?

    Answer

    Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you the following by e-mail:
    • Joining Instructions
    • Invoice/receipt (where appropriate)

    If you Register On-Line you will receive an e-mail on the same day confirming your registration.

  • When and how do I arrange payment?

    Answer

    Payment must be received 3 weeks before the seminar commences. You can make payment by bank draft, cash, credit card or wire transfer.

    Note: If the payment is not received MBS has the right to refuse admission.

  • What Is Included In The Fees?

    Answer

    The fees for standard events cover all written materials, lunch and refreshments. Please check event brochure for details.

  • Is there a discount for more than one registrant/course?

    Answer

    Discounts may be available via early birds options. For further information please call any of our Director of programmes in your region.

     

    Note: Discounts are not applicable with any other special offer that may be available.

  • What If I Cancel the registration?

    Answer

    If for any reason you are unable to attend an event, within 3 weeks prior to the event you may request to use your event ticket for a future live event; however please be advised that this only applies to tickets that are purchased without restrictions. Any ticket purchased as part of an Agreement or with a promotional gift item, such as a “free accommodation and visa” is not subject to refunds. We will be happy to move you to the next available event, but please note that tickets for events may only be used once, unless there are extenuating circumstances with proof and documentation, We reserve the right to deny issuing a credit for a live event if this policy is over used or abused.

  • Can You Help Me Obtain Hotel Accomodation And Visa?

  • What Kind Of Certificates Do I Get?

    Answer

    MBS certificate of completion. The certificate will be endorsed by the MBS Training Director & Seminar Director. We also offer Executive MBA Certificates (Non-credit) for our specialized leadership Courses.
